Gridiron Training Inc. specializes in providing current, evidence-based training in a variety of topics in three public sectors, Public Safety, Business and Educational institutions. Gridiron Training Inc. offers numerous training options to include, but not limited to; cultural awareness, bias in the work place, de-escalation, conflict management and resolution, leadership, and effective communication skills for professionals. ​

A request for proposal, also know as a RFP, from a prospective client will include a training needs analysis and a training history review. After fully understanding the training needs of a prospective client, Gridiron Training Inc. will either design a specific curriculum and/or provide facilitated training on one of our already designed curriculums. 

Gridiron Training  creates and conducts comprehensive, on-going training series specifically designed to equip our clients and their staff with the necessary and appropriate tools and strategies required to equitably manage conflict, improve inter and external relationships, cultural awareness, engagement, and inclusion with an emphasis on critical thinking skills.
