The live, P.O.S.T.-certified webinar is facilitated the same way as our in-person courses, using Zoom 8-5 each day with hourly breaks and a one-hour lunch.  We have had amazing feedback from these webinar courses and are confident that you will enjoy the online class as you learn along with experienced professionals from all over the state.

Please note a computer (No phones) with video and microphone access for the internet and Zoom capability/Zoom App installed is required for the 8-5 online course.

All Gridiron Training courses advertised in the P.O.S.T. Course Catalog are P.O.S.T.-certified.

In order to receive POST certification for the training you must have a POST ID.  Please go to the POST website post.ca.gov to obtain a POST ID.

Please consider using a personal laptop for the training due to the firewalls on state laptops that make it difficult to access class materials.

A P.O.S.T. ID is required to receive credit in the P.O.S.T. training database.  If you do not have a P.O.S.T. ID and require P.O.S.T.  credit in the training database you will need to contact P.O.S.T. directly and obtain a P.O.S.T. ID and provide it to us prior to the completion of the training course.

Please review each Course Flyer to determine P.O.S.T. training reimbursement options.

What if I cannot attend a class for which I am already registered?

If you cannot attend the class, we ask that you contact us at jewell@djgridirontraining.com

The Cancellation Policy is available on the Gridiron Training Webpage. Students who withdraw after the class begins are obligated to pay in full and are not eligible for any refund.

(All refunds subject to an Administrative Fee)

If a class is cancelled, a refund will be issued to those who paid. Gridiron Training offers students the option of crediting their account toward future classes. Students will have exactly one year to use their credit, after which the credit will be forfeited.

Transfers are handled on a case by case basis. If you wish to transfer into another course, please contact us at jewell@djgridirontraining.com.

Can I register for a class that is full?

If a course is full, an option will be available for you to add your name to a waitlist. If a seat becomes available, someone from Gridiron Training will contact you.

Not all courses offer a waitlist; however, if you are interested in taking a course that requires you to enter your name onto a waitlist, the list will be honored on a first come- first-served basis. When your name reaches the top of the waitlist, an email communication will be sent to you with directions on how to register for the course.

If you are interested in becoming a Gridiron Training instructor or have an idea for a course that you would like to teach, please contact us at jewell@djgridirontraining.com
